Home Visits

Doctor's bag

When you are unable to attend the surgery through illness or disability you may request your doctor to visit you at home. Such requests should, where possible, be made before 11.00.

Please call 0208 979 3253 and please give the reason for your request. A doctor may wish to telephone you prior to the visit.

Wherever possible, patients are expected to attend the surgery. This makes for better quality of care as well as making the service more efficient. All requests for a home visit are at the doctors' discretion.
