The next PPG meeting will be held on Monday, 24th September 2018 at 6.30 pm, Giggs Hill Surgery, Thames Ditton.
All patients at Glenlyn and Giggs Hill Green surgeries can join – just provide the PPG with your contact details. We are a relatively new PPG and very keen to attract new members. The purpose of the PPG is to work with the surgeries to offer a patient perspective on the services that are provided, to improve communication, to encourage patients to take more responsibility for their health and to provide practical support. It is a great way to provide feedback and to help the surgeries improve the services they provide for us.We meet formally as a group about 4 times a year and, in between those meetings, a governing committee arranges various events including, for example, helping with flu clinics and special information sessions run at the surgeries. We also publish occasional newsletters please see below. You don’t have to attend any of the PPG meetings but, if you can do so, you will be very welcome. And, if you feel able to volunteer to help with any of the PPG activities, that would be very much appreciated.
If you would like to join, please email us at email@example.com with your name or complete a membership form at one of the surgeries with your name and contact details, letting us know whether you are a patient at Glenlyn or Giggs Hill.
